The Group was founded by Mr. Rajiv Sabhlok, as a dealer with Ingersoll Rand & Atlas Copco in 1984. By 1998 with his exemplary business acumen and sheer hard work he became the dealer for the Hero Honda Motorcycles and Maruti Suzuki Passenger Vehicles. Mr Rajiv also founded UPVL in 2004, that became one of the few Dealers for Volvo Truck in India.
Taking Mr Rajiv Sabhlok’s legacy forward Mr Divish Sabhlok founded IMPL (Now DRS Millenium)- Authorised Dealer for Volvo Buses in 2014 in Mumbai and very soon he added Volvo Penta Dealership to his portfolio. By 2018 Epiroc mining decided to Partner with Mr Divish Sabhlok for the region to provide support for their Hydraulic attachment & Surface Drilling Solution.
In 2019 Mr. Divish founded DRS Earthwork – Dealership for Volvo Construction Equipment for North Maharashtra. The Group today is serving some of the largest mining and Infra customers across North Maharashtra
